I create a very limited number of bespoke wedding cakes each year, each one designed individually.
My bespoke cakes are always fondant-finished and are not minimal in style. While many designs are architectural in form, they are never plain — instead finished with texture, movement, and carefully considered detail.
All bespoke wedding cakes are finished with handcrafted sugar flowers and decorative elements, created specifically for each design.
I work mostly with sugar flowers for bespoke cakes, as this allows a design led finish with colour, scale, and form, ensuring the cake feels cohesive and intentional from start to finish.
Bespoke cakes often involve complex construction, detailed decoration, and in some cases the use of discreet dummy tiers to support the design without compromising the quality of the sponge.
Many cakes are assembled on site, and I also offer full cake table styling where required — dressing the table with linens, ribbons, candles, and accompanying details so the cake feels fully placed within the celebration.
Bespoke wedding cakes begin from £650, with most designs typically falling between £800–£1,200.
Larger-scale, highly detailed, or statement designs may be higher and are quoted individually once the design and installation requirements are understood.
Availability is intentionally limited.
